STATE-OF-THE-ART LABORATORY
Our laboratory in Ghent, Belgium, is one of the best-equipped laboratories in the marine industry. That's why we're able to handle large numbers of routine samples at such high speed (analyzed and reported within 8 to 24 hours).
The Ghent laboratory was one of the first to obtain the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate, an assurance of the quality of oil analysis results reported by FAST. Analytical equipment
is constantly monitored with reference samples.
Testing in this advanced laboratory is highly automated. Barcode reading is used to increase sample throughput and improve precision. Analysis results are transmitted automatically to FAST, where they are reviewed and commented on by our marine lubricant experts.

FAST offers detailed analysis to answer routine problems. The analysis always includes the metal content for a complete range of metals (wear metals, additive metals, etc.) If the metal is there, we report it! It is important to know that the pentane insoluble content is always expressed in percent by weight, and not in a difficult-to-relate coefficient or number.
THE FAST GOAL:
Provide customers with the highest level of service. Period.
